- 08.08.2005 - Update! -
: Rearranged the site so that the 3D page loads first, so you go straight to the eye-candy. Pruned out the old Merc since he was horribly unfinished, and added the Tarsier model I finished for the 28th CGChat contest (concept art by Laurel Austin). Also added a proper original digital painting! Yeah, amazing, I know! I had to finish it since it was for the Conceptart.org Thunderdome 1v1 contest... I think it turned out ok.

- 14.01.2005 - Update for 2005! -
: OK, the New Year is here for 2005. I just got back from the San Francisco Conceptart.org workshop - it was an amazing experience. As a result I have been spurred to update my site (especially the 2D section) with more recent work. Go check them out!

- 01.04.2004 - WINNER! -

Click here to see my submission for the Game Art contest!

: No this is not an April Fool, I actually won March's CGChat game art competition! I've put up the winning model pics on the 3d section of the site here. Gawp in amazement. But seriously, it was stiff competition... check out the other entries at RealtimeCG.com! Also I've cut out some older work from the 3d section and added a model I did for Tremulous.

- 26.01.2004 - Mini-update... -
: Added a section on low-poly tips and tricks in the Tutorials section, also added some images of an older model I did to the 3d gallery. Will have more stuff to put up in 2d, 3d and tutorials soon!

- 02.01.2004 - Happy New Year! -
: Ushering my site into 2004 a day or so late, I've done a little restructuring with a new "Tutorials" section (only stoofoo's UT2k3 weapon tutorial there now, but I aim to fill it full of even more helpful stuff!). Been busy a lot with university stuff, so haven't had much time to add any new artwork, but rest assured that around February I will have a large update with some new life drawing and sketches, 3d models and textures. Happy New Year!

- 01.09.2003 - News and more images... -
: Well, 2 weeks before I set off to "sunny" Dundee to study Computer Arts at Abertay University (if any site visitors go there, drop me a line!). I've been busy modelling and animating weapons for Freehold UT2k3, and drawing and modelling random other stuff. See the 2D Art section for a new Orc drawing there, and my Troll speed-modelling exercise is now up in the 3D Art section too. Check 'em out!

- 18.07.2003 - News and Stoofoo's Tutorial -
: Well I've not updated in a while due to taking A-level exams (all, thankfully, over now!). Then I was away on holiday for a couple of weeks. Back and kickin' it now - and bringing you Joe "stoofoo" Pikop's tutorial on making weapon models for Unreal Tournament 2003. Check that tutorial out here! I'm also now working on FreeHold, a UT2k3 mod, doing game design, player models and weapon models. Nothing impressive to show yet though, I'm building it all up :)

- 02.05.2003 - Another update! -
: Added quite a few images to the 2D gallery, and added one more piece to the 3D art page. Go check
'em out... it's still mostly old stuff but I'm gradually putting in the newer images!

- 01.05.2003 - HTML fix... -
: Fixed the HTML for the site so that it should now appear properly in Mozilla. Previously I had only tested it in Internet Explorer, but I was alerted to the problem yesterday (thanks kingping!) and sorted it out after school today.

- 30.04.2003 - 3D Art section updated! -
: Took an hour or so tonight to overhaul the 3D Art page, added 4 sets of images of my older work. I'll
be updating it with newer models and textures as soon as I find the time, but with A-Level exams and university application stuff, it might be a while before I get everything that I want up there...

- 02.03.2003 - Site updated, music! -
: Still only the test stuff in the 2d/3d links, I'm afraid. But I have uploaded a couple of my music compositions - Royksoppish (3472kb) and Smoove (2769kb). They're mp3's zipped up for convenience, have a listen if you like. They were both created entirely by myself, on one guitar, one bass, Fruity Loops and an effects processor, a month or so ago.

- 04.01.2003 - Site's up! -
: Got the design for this all sorted today, going to start adding content soon!
